Your Role

One: Provide Guidance


Offer insights on hiring trends, current highly desired skills, critique resumes, and conduct mock interviews.

 

Two: Build Relationships


Meet with Project SEARCH interns and teachers to guide the program and collaborate with the larger business community to strive towards more inclusive workplaces.

Expectations

  • Attend two 1 hour long meetings per school year

  • Assist in at least two activities per school year (mock interviews, panel discussions, resume critiques)

  • Promote the program within your networking circles

  • Offer enthusiastic support and patient guidance to interns as they move towards competitive employment

  • Must have employee hiring influence in your own organization
