One: Provide Guidance
Offer insights on hiring trends, current highly desired skills, critique resumes, and conduct mock interviews.
Two: Build Relationships
Meet with Project SEARCH interns and teachers to guide the program and collaborate with the larger business community to strive towards more inclusive workplaces.
Attend two 1 hour long meetings per school year
Assist in at least two activities per school year (mock interviews, panel discussions, resume critiques)
Promote the program within your networking circles
Offer enthusiastic support and patient guidance to interns as they move towards competitive employment
Must have employee hiring influence in your own organization
